Had this app for about a year. It used to work but it quit working about two months ago. I tried all the troubleshooting tips but it’s pretty worthless

  • Kind of worked for a while

    By Dtnjd
When I first started paying for this it blocked about 1/3 of my spam calls (that’s being generous). I have had it for a while now and it shows “blocked calls in the last 90 days” as 0. I tried the “troubleshoot phone setup” feature and it said it forwarded my calls to a different number. I’m assuming to filter out the calls. Since I did that I have gotten a few more spam calls and it still has not blocked any, even numbers that their website has identified as spam. Definitely not worth paying when it does a half butt job if it works at all. Unsubscribed and deleted, I can continue to ignore my own spam calls and not pay this app to sit and do nothing about it.

  • It works

    By Shade Tree Pilot
I’ve had mixed results with this app. Sometimes the phone doesn’t ring at all and RoboKiller gets ‘em. Other times it’ll ring, I’ll deny the call and RoboKiller picks it up. Overall I’m satisfied. Not sure if the price is right but it does work.
  • Doesn’t work , no help or support

    By tedofthewest
If I could give this 0 stars I would. It simply doesn’t work. The kicker is, I’ll have calls come through, which I have to decline manually and then get a notification from RoboKiller that they blocked the call lol. Obviously they didn’t if I’m seeing it come up on my phone and have to decline and block the number myself. Total waste of money. I bought the subscription for the year and just feel I got screwed. No way I’m paying again for another year for something that doesn’t do its job.
  • Battery killing app

    By azdbux
The app works but background processing will kill your battery. Over a 10 day period RoboKiller consumed 33% of battery life compared to all other apps combined. Sorry, RoboKiller - Remove App, Unsubscribe.
  • Could be better

    By Jbobkat
I am confused. I only answer the phone if I know the number because of scam/spam calls. So I decided to try this. My phone rings, I ignore it, then I get a notification that RoboKiller blocked the call... so then why did my phone ring? I’m trying to give it time but this is not what I was expecting.
  • Not compatible

    By kadkins25535
Eventhough it says this app is compatible with my iPhone, it absolutely will not work properly after I downloaded and paid for it. No amount of troubleshooting helps. Every couple of days I get a notification that “RoboKiller has been disabled “. And to top it off, the Apple store will not refund my money.
